DIALOG Fitzroy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a Bid and Proposal Manager to help us lead, coordinate, research and write proposals that aim to win the business new contracts.

This is a permanent role, reporting directly to the General Manager - Contracts. This role does have potential for growth within the organisation.

Our ideal Bid and Proposal Manager will have excellent skills in writing proposals and leading bids, as well as exceptional customer and stakeholder relationship management, all crucial to creating new opportunities for the business through different contracts.

To be considered you will have the following skills:

• A tertiary level education in the fields of either commerce, marketing, and/or engineering.
• Extensive experience in writing proposals (or business cases) for corporate stakeholders.
• A background in leading bids that require high value commercial and good risk management practices applied.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Previous experience in sales or account management roles, ideally in an engineering or consultancy business environment.
