Project Manager - (Brisbane)

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage complex SMP & Tank projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse team from engineers & designers through to construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and track progress against key project performance indicators.
• Foster strong client relationships, proactively communicate project updates, and address client concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven Project Delivery: You have a strong track record of leading successful projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Technical Expertise: You have a solid understanding of SMP scopes, principles and practices, allowing you to confidently manage complex projects. (particularly in petro-chemical, oil & gas, energy, engineering, or heavy industry)
• Leadership & Communication: You're a natural leader who can inspire and motivate teams, while also effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to new challenges.
