DIALOG Fitzroy Ltd is seeking an accomplished General Manager - Fabric Maintenance Services to lead our Blast, Painting, Scaffolding and Asset Rejuvenation operations across New Zealand and Australia. About the Role

As the General Manager, you will:

• Drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in both traditional and emerging markets across Australasia.
• Optimize resources and processes to ensure efficiency, profitability, and seamless project execution.
• Build and foster relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen the division's reputation and expand market reach.
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve operational performance and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead and oversee a team of 100+ professionals and tradespeople, ensuring operations are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
