As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, bring your ability to effectively provide coordination and support between the piping team and all other disciplines.

You will be taking the lead on:

• Coordinating the execution of Plant layout and Piping engineering activities
• Ensuring consistent use of mechanical engineering and design standards/codes/systems and processes
• Overseeing the coordination between the piping team and other disciplines
• Manage 'fit for purpose' solutions that meet the requirements of customer specification

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Broad knowledge and experience in latest technology and work methods
• Significant knowledge of mechanical design and construction of pressure piping and facilities and knowledge in pressure vessels and associated equipment
• Ability to lead and guide a team to deliver to clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate between Piping team and other disciplines
• Time management and Organisational skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Customer focused

To be considered and successful in this role you will have:

• 10+ years previous experience in a relevant industry - Oil and Gas, Renewables, Pharmaceutical, Food or Dairy
• Relevant tertiary level qualification
