Environment and Quality Administrator!

We are looking for someone dynamic and efficient who can be flexible and is willing to learn. As a multi-functional role, you will be liaising with multiple departments within our organisation.

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The coordination of medical bookings & health assessment appointments
• Filing and management of digital medical records
• HSEQ data input, record management and reporting
• Meeting minutes
• Quality Assurance document control
• General administration

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced Administrator (HSE or GP Admin experience desirable)
• Have advanced Microsoft program skills, including Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook
• Possess clear, succinct and professional oral and written communication skills and have highly developed attention to detail
• Quickly understand, learn and implement new work systems, practices and requirements including various software systems
• Have knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
• Be confident in minute taking and record management
• Maintain data integrity and administrative accuracy
