As an Office & Operations support, you will play a role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting team members, and maintaining efficient document control processes. Whilst also overseeing administrative coordination for projects, upholding HSEQ standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Oversee daily office operations, and ensure a well-functioning work environment. Including ensuring that stationary, cleaning supplies etc are looked after.
- Logistics & Deliveries: Oversee deliveries and manage sending packages as needed.
- HSE Awareness: Promote and support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives within the office and project activities.
- Workshop & Asset Management: Maintain the workshop and all assets purchased for the Branch in conjunction with Location Manager go to site and pick up/drop off items as needed.
- Taupo Vehicles: Ensure that vehicle services are completed on time and that vehicle checklists are completed every month by working with Logistics Coordinator.
- Property Procurement / Inspections: Help source accommodation for the location as needed and conduct three-monthly inspections at rented property's used by staff to ensure compliance and maintenance standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in administration and office support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in document management systems and office software.
- Knowledge of HSE practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience in compiling quality documents.
- Proficiency in completing weld maps and weld records.
