HR Coordinator

DIALOG Fitzroy Limited, a leading provider of engineering and construction services, is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in New Plymouth on a fixed term basis as parental leave cover.

Immediate start preferred.

About the Role:

As our HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting the delivery of external training programs across the organisation, that helps ensure our people are trained, supported, and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, organise, and track external training requirements
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate training records, calendars, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with managers and external providers to support training needs and logistics
  • Provide general HR administrative support to managers and staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role - preferably with a training administration background
  • Excellent data entry, attention to detail and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Microsoft 365 (Office)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
