This isn't your typical compliance role. As our Quality Assurance & HSE Systems Lead, you'll sit at the heart of how we learn, improve, and grow as a business. You'll be supporting to lead the design and evolution of our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring it reflects how work is really done — not just what's on paper.

You'll champion psychological safety by creating space for workers to share insights, support transparent investigations, and foster a trusting culture. From assurance processes to Learning Teams, document control to strategic reviews, your work will enable practical solutions that make a real difference.

What the Role Involves

• Co-ordinating the maintenance of the ISO-certified Integrated Management System (IMS) across Quality, Safety, and Environmental domains.
• Coordinating ICAM investigations and supporting Learning Teams that drive organisational learning and trust.
• Providing document control oversight to ensure consistency, accessibility, and relevance across the business.
• Delivering internal and external audits and ensuring meaningful close-out of findings.
• Collaborating across business units to deliver practical, people-first system improvements.
• Supporting system-related training and onboarding across projects and departments.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• A tertiary qualification in HSEQ management, with ISO lead auditor certification (9001, 45001, or 14001).
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar systems leadership role in a high-risk or complex setting.
• A confident, people-focused style with the ability to facilitate investigations and build trust at all levels.
• Proven experience designing or improving IMS platforms and delivering assurance outcomes.
• A solid understanding of "work as done vs. work as imagined" thinking (or a willingness to learn).
• Experience with digital platforms and document control tools is a plus.
