Key Responsibilities

• Support Project and Engineering Managers in project planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Assist with preparation and review of engineering deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical input into project scope, design reviews, and execution strategies.
• Track project progress and assist with reporting on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Coordinate communication between engineering disciplines, procurement, contractors, and site teams.
• Assist with tender preparation, proposals, and project documentation.
• Support contractor, supplier, and logistics management to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in HSE initiatives, technical reviews, and client meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems, and tools.
• Drive business development, maintaining client relationships and expanding into new sectors

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical/Process, Civil, or related discipline).
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in an oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial engineering consultancy/project environment.
• Good understanding of engineering principles, project execution, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support senior managers and clients.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills
