We are in growth mode - and we're looking for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our team. These roles are central to our construction-led engineering delivery model, where collaboration between engineering, fabrication, and construction drives safe, profitable, and innovative outcomes for our clients.

These are permanent roles, based in either New Plymouth or Whangārei. However, a requisite of the role is working in other locations as needed.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary projects, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Drive integration across engineering, fabrication, procurement, and site construction.
• Build trusted client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Apply commercial and contractual acumen (NEC, 3910, EPC, reimbursable and lump-sum models) to manage variations and risk.
• Champion safety, quality, and governance in every phase of project delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and lead project engineers and emerging PMs, building capability within the team.

What We're Looking For

Project Manager

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in industrial EPC, construction, or heavy industry.
• Proven record of delivering projects in the $5-20m range.
• Strong technical or engineering background with practical on-site understanding.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors.

Senior Project Manager

• 10+ years of experience in complex project delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading projects in the $20-100m+ range.
• Experience in client account management, business development, and major tenders.
• Ability to lead governance, project controls, and contribute to strategy alongside the GM Major Projects.
• Track record of developing teams and mentoring future leaders.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A reputation for delivering safe, profitable, and high-quality projects.
• Flexibility to travel throughout New Zealand (and occasionally Australia).
• Current legal right to work in New Zealand.
