Join DIALOG Fitzroy Ltd as a full-time permanent Regional Manager for the Upper North Island, based in One Tree Point. Take charge of leading and growing a dynamic regional office and workshop while driving the success of key projects, managing teams, and growing our footprint in the industrial and midstream industries.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, your primary focus will be on establishing a stronger presence for DIALOG Fitzroy in the Upper North Island region, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth, collaborating closely with our Head office. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing engineering, project, and trade teams, ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery across design, maintenance, and project work.

You'll play a vital role in business development, operational coordination, and project execution, with a strong focus on the industrial and mid-stream sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor local engineering and trade staff
• Promote teamwork, innovation, and high performance
• Manage conflict resolution and staff development

Project Management

• Oversee project delivery from contract formation to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope changes
• Lead cross-functional teams and report to the Executive Committee

Business Development

• Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
• Identify growth opportunities and present business cases

Labour & Equipment Coordination

• Coordinate resources across regional projects
• Collaborate with internal managers for productivity and cost control

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)

• Champion HSEQ initiatives and compliance
• Ensure incident reporting and staff inductions are completed

Performance Management

• Set clear goals and expectations
• Recognize excellence and address performance issues

What You'll Bring

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in industrial or mid-stream sectors is highly desirable
