DIALOG Fitzroy is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to be the friendly face of our office, the champion of our day-to-day operations, and a key support for our busy team.
This is a full-time permanent role based in New Plymouth.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Office Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of the office, helping everything flow seamlessly. Your days will be filled with variety, including but not limited to:
· Visitor management
· Travel and accommodation coordination
· Office and facilities management
· Employee, vehicle and compliance support
· Stepping in for the Executive Assistant when needed
