DIALOG Fitzroy Ltd is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Blast and Paint Tradespeople for an upcoming industrial project located in the Southern Bay of Plenty and will report operationally to the Taupō Regional Office.

About the Role

You will be involved in industrial blasting and coating activities across a range of assets, working to high safety and quality standards.

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in abrasive blasting of steel, including Garnet/Water blasting and mechanical surface preparation

• Experience applying coatings to steel using rollers, brushes, and airless/conventional spray equipment

• Prior work experience on industrial sites (highly regarded)

• Ultra‑High Pressure (UHP) operating experience (desirable)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship

• Relevant trade qualifications or industry certifications

• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
