Project HSEQ Advisor (Fixed-term)

DIALOG Fitzroy Australia is seeking a proactive and dedicated Project HSEQ Advisor to join our high-performing team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. About the role

As a key member of the DIALOG Fitzroy Australia HSEQ Team, you will:

  • provide expert guidance and hands‑on support to ensure our people, projects, and operations are protected through HSEQ systems and practices.

  • work closely with managers, supervisors, employees, and client stakeholders to embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • ensure that all employees are safeguarded from known and potential risks through effective implementation of company strategies, policies, and procedures.

About you

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Health, Safety & Environment
  • ICAM Investigation certification
  • Workplace drug testing unit standards
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HSE roles
  • Experience in construction or oil & gas industries
  • Familiarity with ISO or equivalent management system standards
  • Qualification or experience in Quality Assurance (desirable)
