As an experienced Project Manager, you will use your passion for project delivery, customer focus and great interpersonal skills to deliver industrial projects across a range of industries that include dairy, pharmaceuticals, geo-thermal, oil and gas, water treatment, tank terminals and petrochemicals. You will have a track record of leading successful tenders and be involved delivering projects throughout New Zealand.
This is a full-time permanent role, based in Whangarei. However, a requisite of the role is working in other locations as needed.
You'll be at the forefront of delivering high‑value engineering, fabrication and construction projects across New Zealand. You'll work with talented engineers, trade staff, trusted subcontractors, and valued clients—while shaping outcomes that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

The successful applicant will have:
Excellent track record of delivering profitable projects with strong technical background
5+ years' experience in a relevant Project Management role
Proven ability to manage, coach and mentor team members to consistently high standards
Skilled in managing project quality and ensuring all contractual and client specifications are met
Willingness to travel to other locations within New Zealand as required
Demonstrated experience managing engineering or construction projects
Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of contract management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead teams, solve problems and drive project performance
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Current legal right to work in New Zealand
