About the Role

As a Blast & Paint Tradesman, you'll play a key role in preparing and protecting industrial assets through abrasive blasting and protective coating application. You'll work on a variety of projects across multiple industries, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years' industrial blasting and/or protective coatings experience (Essential)

• Experience preparing a variety of surfaces and applying protective coating systems

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

Preferred:

• Relevant Trade Certificate, NZQA Level 3 or higher

• Indentured trade qualification or recognised overseas trade certification equivalent to New Zealand standards
